Boyd Collar Nolen Tuggle & Roddenbery is happy to announce that eight of its Atlanta-based family law attorneys are included in the 2024 Georgia Super Lawyers and Rising Star listings.

The annual lists spotlight outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement in their practice areas.

Founding shareholders Robert D. Boyd, John L. Collar, Jr., Richard M. Nolen, and Jonathan J. Tuggle; shareholder Tina Shadix Roddenbery; and partner Kimberli C. Withrow were named Georgia Super Lawyers. Additionally, Boyd, Nolen, Tuggle and Roddenbery were recognized as Georgia Top 100 Super Lawyers. Roddenbery was also noted as a Georgia Top 10 Family Lawyer, her second year receiving this honor, as well as a Georgia Top 50 Women Family Lawyer.

Associates Alexis Connors and Jordan W. Kennelly were recognized as Georgia Rising Stars. The Rising Stars category honors attorneys under 40 years of age who have been practicing law for fewer than ten years.

Super Lawyers utilizes a patented attorney selection process that is peer-influenced and research-driven, selecting the top 5% of attorneys to the Super Lawyers list each year. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research, and candidates are evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual listing helps guide those seeking an attorney and is limited to lawyers who can be hired and retained by the public.

The Atlanta-based family law firm has a long history of recognition of outstanding representation by its peers in Super Lawyers: attorneys Boyd, Collar, and Nolen have been ranked for 21 consecutive years; Roddenbery has named been a Super Lawyer for 19 consecutive years; Tuggle has been recognized 13 times by the publication; and Withrow is included for the eighth consecutive year. Roddenbery’s listing as a Top 50 Woman Lawyer stretches back to 2009.
