Tina Shadix Roddenbery is an Atlanta family law attorney whose practice focuses on complex divorce, high-asset and high-net-worth divorce, child custody and other sophisticated family law matters. A Board Certified Family Law Trial Advocate, she has practiced exclusively in family law for more than three decades, representing clients in cases involving substantial marital estates, closely held businesses, executive compensation, complex financial issues and contested custody matters.

Tina has been recognized among the Top 10 Georgia Super Lawyers across all practice areas in 2022, 2024, 2025 and 2026. In 2026, she was also selected among the Top 5 Georgia Super Lawyers in Family Law and was the only woman included in that group.

She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and has held significant leadership positions in Georgia’s family law community. Her professional service has included leadership within the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Section, service with the Georgia Child Support Commission and involvement with organizations devoted to improving the practice and administration of family law.
