DAILY REPORT FEATURES TUGGLE PIECE ON LAWYERS GETTING DIVORCED
The Daily Report published an article on Dec. 10, 2014 by Jonathan Tuggle titled, “Considerations for the Lawyer Who Becomes the Client in a Divorce Case.”
Half of all first marriages in the United States will end before the couple reaches their 20th anniversary, and lawyers are not immune. In the article, Tuggle provides practical advice for attorneys contemplating divorce. Some of the areas he covers include the decision to be pro se, how to participate constructively in the case, and being particularly mindful of the divorce’s impact on an attorney’s legal practice.
