Top Atlanta Divorce Attorneys Combine Experience to Form Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle, LLC

ATLANTA, July 29, 2009 — Attorneys Robert D. “Bob” Boyd, John L. Collar Jr., Richard M. Nolen and Jonathan J. Tuggle have formed Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle, a law firm specializing in domestic relations and family law.

Boyd and Collar founded Boyd Collar in 2005 and have grown the firm steadily since then. Nolen and Tuggle were prominent attorneys at the long-standing family law boutique firm, Warner, Mayoue, Bates & Nolen, and have been recognized throughout the state for their legal expertise and leadership in their profession.

Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle officially opened on July 20 with offices at 400 Galleria Parkway. The four attorneys have known each other as friends and colleagues for many years.

“We have a common bond. John and I have been friends with Richard and Jonathan for a long time and see this combination as a reunion of sorts and a dynamic opportunity, as well,” said Boyd. “We trust each other and share the same principles about how to practice law and handle each case in a way that our clients are proud of and respect.”

The firm sees a bright future for its practice and is excited about the energy and entrepreneurial spirit that will drive Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle forward.

“We have made a real commitment to growing our firm the right way and building it for the long haul,” said Tuggle. “We are excited about combining our collective strengths, which we believe will benefit our clients in numerous ways. We can handle cases at all levels of complexity, from an uncontested divorce to multi-faceted litigation.”

The attorneys at Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle realize that divorce is a life-changing experience and often the most painful chapter in a person’s life. The firm’s philosophy is to treat each case as unique and take a holistic view about the support needed during and after a divorce.

“We do not view our work as complete when the divorce decree is filed,” said Nolen. “Our responsibility is to help our clients stay on the right path for the future and sincerely help with their emotional and financial needs. Due to our experience, we know how to provide our clients with the best possible help and resources, especially through other trusted professionals who share the same motivations we believe in so strongly at Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle.”

“All in all, we want to be great lawyers who offer wise advice,” added Collar. “This focus is a fundamental part of our mission as a firm and is what we are about as people. We always want to do things the right way and never compromise. Listening to our clients, maintaining trustworthy relationships, offering quality counsel, being people of integrity, going the extra mile and providing positive solutions are very important to us. It is what drives our entire legal team every day.”
