THE DALTON DAILY CITIZEN PROFILES JONATHAN TUGGLE

The Dalton Daily Citizen featured Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle founding partner Jonathan Tuggle on November 4. In “Same Street, Same Path for Dalton Lawyers,” the article discusses how Dalton, Ga. natives, Kelly Miles, of Gainesville, Ga. firm Smith, Gilliam, Williams, & Miles, P.A., and Tuggle, have both held the role of chair of the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law Section. Miles served as chair in 2012, and recently passed the gavel to Tuggle in 2013. Growing up on the same street, Miles and Tuggle didn’t know each other personally due to a 13-year age difference, but as adults their paths have crossed in the arena of family law. Miles said, “It’s an honor itself to be chair, but to pass the gavel on to Jonathan was extremely special.” Tuggle goes on to say that “Georgia is a big state. Metro Atlanta is a big area. It just so happens the outgoing chair and the chair are from the same hometown, grew up on the same street. That’s a unique fact.”
