Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle Founding Shareholder Named as President of Weltner Family Law American Inn of Court

Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle, LLC is pleased to announce that its founding partner Jonathan J. Tuggle has been elected as president of The Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law American Inn of Court. During his two-year leadership term, Tuggle will support the mission of the organization, which promotes professionalism, collegiality and continuing education among Atlanta’s family law community.

At Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle, Tuggle counsels clients in all aspects of family law, with an emphasis on complex, high-income divorce cases. Tuggle is an active leader in the Atlanta family law community and has served in several leadership positions within the State Bar of Georgia. He founded the Family Law Committee of the Younger Lawyers Division of the Georgia Bar in 2004, and in his leadership capacity with the organization, raised over $100,000 for abused and neglected adolescents in Atlanta.

Tuggle earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.

The mission of the American Inn of Court Foundation is to lead the movement to elevate the American practice of law by promoting the ideals of excellence and professionalism, the exercise of civility and courtroom competence, the spirit of mutual cooperation and camaraderie, and adherence to legal ethics through membership in American Inn of Court.
