Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle Continues to Expand, Adds Two Associates

ATLANTA, February 17, 2011 — Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle today announced the addition of Kevin Rubin and Katie Kiihnl to its firm.

Rubin joined the firm in January 2011 from Lawler Green Givelber & Prinz in Atlanta. He serves as Treasurer for the Family Law Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Georgia Bar Association and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s from George Washington University and his law degree from Emory University. Rubin recently published Hot Computer Tips for Family Lawyers for the Atlanta Bar Association’s Family Law Section CLE Seminar (February 2010).

Kiihnl joined in February 2011 from Kessler, Schwarz & Solomiany in Atlanta. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association and serves as a Guardian ad Litem for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. She earned her bachelor’s from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville and her law degree from the University of Memphis School of Law, where she was trained as a Court Appointed Special Advocate to represent children in custody and deprivation cases. She earned the Custer-Tuggle Award for Excellence in Family Law and the CALI Award in Family Law while in law school.
